What happens next

  1. We reply within two business days, from a real inbox, usually with one or two questions.
  2. A short call, 30 minutes or so, with whoever leads the subject at your firm. We ask how the work moves today and what you would like to change.
  3. A written proposal for the first step, usually a readiness assessment or a single workflow, with scope and timings. No obligation, and no pressure to sign anything on the call.
  4. Work begins under the KDTS Master Services Agreement, which governs all Flowsmith engagements.

Who we work with

Established firms across Canada, BC first, with roughly 10 to 150 staff: accounting, law, investment and financial firms, engineering and architecture practices, and other professional services. If you are much smaller than that, we are probably not the right fit, and we will say so.
